Jane Moloney ProfileI teach classical Hatha Yoga in the Mary Smithells room on a Wednesday morning (school term time only) from 9.30 a.m. to 10.45 a.m. I hold diplomas from the Friends of Yoga Society International (FRYOG) in both Yoga and Yoga Nidra. I hold current First Aid certification. am CRB checked, have full insurance cover and am a member of REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals). Classes are suitable for any age from 13 upwards. |
