Jane Moloney ProfileI teach classical Hatha Yoga in the Mary Smithells room on a Wednesday morning (school term time only) from 9.30 a.m. to 10.45 a.m. I hold diplomas from the Friends of Yoga Society International (FRYOG) in both Yoga and Yoga Nidra. I hold current First Aid certification. am CRB checked, have full insurance cover and am a member of REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals). Classes are suitable for any age. Dedicated and enthusiastic teacher specialising in small groups to allow for individual attention to help you get the most out of your practice. |
